ROLE
We're looking for a passionate, motivated, and intuitive window tinter, to join our growing team. This role is responsible for installing tint on vehicles, residential, and commercial buildings. As a window tinter you understand that you are the back bone of Black Optix Tint. Your work will be seen by every client and will be the determining factor of their experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing and receiving payment from the customers
- Answering phones promptly
- Educate customers on window tint and window tint-associated topics to help make informed decisions
- Safely driving customer's vehicles in and out of the tint bay
- Maintain a clean work area, including basic housekeeping task to safeguard customer vehicles
- Ensure windows are cleaned properly before tint is installed to guarantee resultsBe proficient with our computer program to precision-cut window tint for installation
RESULTS
- Reduce wait times for better customer experience
- "Leave everything better than you found it"
REQUIREMENTS
- No Experience necessary
- Coachable
- Ability to follow and take direction
- Patient
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiar with phone etiquette

- Valid United States Drivers License
LOCATION
- Stafford, VA
- Traveling to neighboring cities as necessary (residential/commercial)

- Ensure windows are cleaned properly before tint is installed to guarantee results
- Maintain a clean work area, including basic housekeeping task to safeguard customer vehicles
- Safely driving customer's vehicles in and out of the tint bay
- Educate customers on window tint and window tint-associated topics to help make informed decisions
- Answering phones promptly
- Processing and receiving payment from the customers
Results:

Salary:
- $30,000 to $40,000
Hours:
- Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday CLOSED
- Two days off a week (including Sundays)
