1. Services and Products
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the BlackOptixTintStafford.com website (the "Website") and the services provided by Black Optix Tint - Stafford ("we," "our," or "us") at our physical store located in Stafford, VA. By accessing the Website or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.


2. Warranties

2.1 Manufacturer Warranty: We provide a lifetime manufacturer warranty on the film used for window tinting, covering fading, peeling, cracking, adhesive failure, demetallization, and delamination.

2.2 Extended Warranties: We offer two extended warranty options - OptixCare and OptixCare+. Both warranties cover additional damages to the window tint as described in Section 4 below, in addition to the coverage provided by the Manufacturer Warranty.

OptixCare: This is a monthly subscription service that offers additional coverage for damages to the window tint, as well as accidental damage from incidents such as kids, pets, and break-ins. OptixCare is available at a monthly fee, and claims can be made during the subscription period. OptixCare is valid for the Stafford, VA location only and is not honored at other locations.

OptixCare+: This yearly subscription service provides the same additional coverage as OptixCare, but at a discounted yearly subscription price. Subscribers to OptixCare+ can make claims for covered damages to the window tint throughout the subscription year. OptixCare+ is valid for the Stafford, VA location only and is not honored at other locations.


3. User-Generated Content
We may collect user-generated content such as reviews, photos, and videos of our work. By submitting such content, you grant us the right to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute it for marketing purposes.


4. Refunds and Returns
We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days, you will be eligible for a full refund. To receive the refund:

- Allow the window tint to cure for four weeks before evaluating the final results.

- Understand that a hazy or cloudy appearance may be present immediately after installation       due to moisture. This haze will disappear as the moisture dries.

- Do not roll down your windows for seven days after installation.

- Avoid washing your windows for the first 30 days.

- Refrain from using abrasive materials or ammonia-based products to clean your windows.


5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities that may arise from the use of our products or services, except as provided by applicable laws.


6. Subscription Services
Our subscription services, OptixCare and OptixCare+, provide additional warranty coverage. Subscription payments are collected monthly for OptixCare and yearly for OptixCare+. Cancellation policies apply as specified for each subscription.


7. Age Restrictions
Our products and services are available to individuals of all ages. However, individuals under 18 must seek parental or guardian consent before using our services.


8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Virginia and applicable federal laws of the United States.


9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
